This special fried rice is easy to make and super tasty.
4 cups of cooked rice
packet of bacon lardons (or diced ham)
handful of diced mushrooms
handful of peas
handful of diced peppers
handful of diced cooked chicken
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2-4 tablespoons of soy sauce
Cook and strain the rice, place it to one side. Brown the bacon and brown the diced chicken, place it to one side to cool. Add the oil to a frying pan and add the bacon and chicken, add the rice. Add the diced mushrooms, peppers and peas. Cook the rice mixture on high heat for 2 or three minutes until piping hot and add the soy sauce. Crack the eggs into the rice and stir until egg is cooked. Serve.
